The first step to enrolling in the APSA China Scholars Program is by applying for a scholarship. Since 2017, APSA offers a partial scholarship entitled the Global Youth Scholarship to provide more American high school students across the country with the opportunity to gain valuable first-hand experiences abroad. The Global Youth Scholarship will cover a portion of the APSA China Scholars Program cost. In Phase 2 of the application process, scholarship finalists will be provided with detailed program information and the confirmed program fee. The Global Youth Scholarship amount varies according to each student's financial need.

Public online 2018 applications are now closed.
